I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff — their courteous and attentive service made a positive impact on my stay.
As a builder with a keen eye for property condition, I couldn’t help but notice that the hotel is beginning to show signs of wear and could benefit from some maintenance, upgrades, and greater attention to detail in certain areas.
Given this, I found the nightly lodging fee to be a little excessive, especially when compared to other 5-star hotels that offer a similar price point but a more updated experience. A refresh of the facilities would certainly bring the property more in line with the high standards its pricing suggests.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff at check in were efficient and pleasant.
However the television in our room had no reception and was un-useable.
Reception staff endeavoured to fix the problem but could not. We were offered free breakfast as compensation which we did not want. This should not have occurred and spoiled our stay.

Check in was a breeze with friendly and helpful staff at the desk. We had an issue with the toilet continuously running so we were swapped into another room immediately without fuss. Room was spotlessly clean, generous in size and the bed, I just knew would give us an excellent nights sleep..and it did! Great shower too! All in all a great stay for a reasonable tariff. Would definitely stay here again.
