Staff were considerate in allocating our room close to the coffee and breakfast lounge as I had a foot injury. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and showers great. Plus, they happily organized a taxi for us.

Wow, what a hidden little gem 💎. Our stay was so relaxing and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool area has such a tranquil atmosphere. We will definitely be back. The buffet breakfast selections were amazing and the cocktails were pretty darn good too. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

We came in late and after hours, but night manager resident came and helped!
Parking was full and a little challenging finding way around in dark, but followed the map & just parked in a dirt area off from parking lot where it looked like others had parked. All was well and no issues. Breakfast was good.

Beautiful stay here! Will definitely be back. Enjoyed the area inside & out. The facilities like pool table, bar, restaurant, room service, complementary breakfast & outdoor pool + garden surrounds with nearby cafes was perfect! Great getaway for us & perfect for short & long stays. We stayed 2 nights but could easily do a week here if thats what you're looking for.

The venue was run down and there was no facilities to grab a snack or a vending machine or anything on site. I have never been to a place like this that had nothing available after 8pm. The continental breakfast was extremely disappointing and I was so embarrassed to even say anything in front of my kids as this was supposed to be a special mum and kids trip. We ended up going to maccas after checkout!

Breakfast has been downgraded. We have been here 4 times and breakfast was excellent always. This time there were hardly any options and even the quantity of breakfast was very limited. One of the reasons for staying at eden oak was its breakfast. So we were very disappointed with the breakfast quality and quantity both.

I loved everything about this property tucked into the botanical gardens I felt like I was on a retreat. So close by car to the city centre and also the beach. The weather was cold and wet but I loved being at this property it was peaceful and calming and I want to come back!!
