The building is a bit old, but our private room was really hearty and comfortable to stay! the Position is not really good but with limited budget, this is a good choice for you!

Staff was ultra-friendly, property a bit rough around the edges, but for the price and location nothing you should complain about. It’s a basic hostel, and certainly serves the purpose. There is room for improvement here and there, but all good if you look for basic accommodation 5 mins away from Hyde Park.

I lost my phone charger when house keeping clean my room.
my drinking water bottle lost in kitchen, when I go to toilet, I keep my bottle on dinner table, after 15 minutes, my bottle disappear.
never ever to stay in here

The reception is not helpful and was talking with other guest (chit chat not like they need something). I was standing in front of her and She look at me like I am a weirdo (have no idea why). I decided not to stay because when I want to use the toilet, it was filthy - tissues everywhere, un-flushed toilet, dirty wall, dirty toilet bowl. It was a very unpleasant thing to see. I can't imagine how the room look like. The only positive thing about this place : it's close to hyde park and station.

Old hotel, the carpet looks like it never been vacuum, no fan at the room (lucky we were there I winter, but no warmer). The shower room was closed, not sure why, so the receptionist asked us to use on different floor. The good side - free tea / coffee and toast every morning.

For facilities may be rather minimal, well according to the price offered. The morning receptionist was a bit grubby, but the night person was very friendly and very helpful. There is breakfast every day from 7 am to 10.
