Appeared to be busy, car parking was available at my room. Also it was so quiet especially in the morning as no noise woke me as people left earlier than I needed to. Would stay again. 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Loved the relaxed, nothing is a problem attitude of management.
Complimentary laundry, swimming pool and breakfast was a bonus.
Plenty of tea and coffee etc. Really hot showers a good friendly vibe.
Only negative was dripping sink taps and kids room smelled of stale cigarettes. This is not to hotels fault, just the arrogance of past guests not following the rules or respecting others. Although older style motel, it had everything we neaded. We will happily return.

It is not a hotel.but a motel with no bar or Bar food. Bedhead lights don’t work.Clock radio u/s . Window curtains too long.Bathroom light switch cover broken.Fridge door shelf rail missing.
No meals available with the bar/eating area closed up.

Ok so walked in and only had bathroom light and door light. No other lights worked but turned on at 2am?? Stains, rubbish left from previous tenants. Mouldy aircon n shower.old beds, we ended up in middle like a deflating air bed. Do not stay here

Staff were great but property in need of TLC. Had issues with other guests smoking out side room. Due to door gaps smell pervaded room.
I thought there was a law that said you couldn’t smoke within a 10 m of a building entrance??

room show clear signs of wear and tear. in shower show curtain too short to cover opening, hot tap as cold and cold tap was hot, plastic vent on roof was disintegrating.
main room, no plug for sink. power point at bed level. aircon very low on the wall and noisy. plates not clear.

The Emerald Central Hotel is in the throes of updating. At the moment it is still a little tired.
But the bed was comfortable,the shower hot, and it was very convenient to shops.

I never met any staff as I checked in after they closed 2 pm on Saturday . They did make timely contact and I grabbed my key from night safe .Rather large complex so walked around looking for room .Bit tired after long day on the road so that was a lil off.
A map was mentioned but - would have been handy - maybe there is one somewhere
Clean tidy comfortable - maybe a little old dated but o probs .
works happening in footpath - barriers etc .
