Big storm came through town the night of our stay. Half the town was without power. Lucky the fig tree motel still had power. Have been starting at this motel for last 25 years and always they have been very welcoming. Prefer staying here on way through between Adelaide and Sydney than Wagga cause it is more relaxing.

Check in was easy. They rang to check how far away I was. The breakfast I ordered for the next morning was on time, excellent ( it was actually hot mint warm like others I’ve stayed at. ) plus good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable beds were the only positive.
The bathroom needs repairs.
The shower leaked and the bathroom roof was disgusting.
The shower was mouldy and rusty, the curtains old and hanging off.
The whole room needs a return and repaint and upgrade.
The pictures fit the room I booked and the room we actually stayed in did not match.
Disappointed with the condition of our room and our stay.

This placevia fine if looking for somewhere to simply rest your head. Facilities and bathroom was very dated. Pool not suiyablw for swimming in, wifi didnt work nor is there foxtel as advertised on their signs.

I have stayed at this property a number of times previously and it is good value and the rooms of a reasonable standard. Unfortunately on this occasion the clean had not been completed. The toilet was dirty, and a partly used soap was still in the shower. I am sure this is an exception and we will stay again as we have always had good experiences in the past.

Pros: Friendly lady at reception, quick check in. Good wifi. The RSL around the corner had nice staff. Air con worked well
Cons: The bathroom lightbulb was out, didn't notice until late.

For one night it was ok Mould in bathroom ceiling. Was outdated. Howver room I oredered was up stairs and because I preferred a down stairs due to luggage the manager swapped for me. The room originally booked was updated. So cannot really complain. Parking issue whan a lot of bookings.
