We stayed in the city suite for our Anniversary because of the jacuzzi tub. Was amazing, everything was clean and elegant looking. Staff were great, easy and quick check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again.

Our room in Hilton Sydney was lovely and quiet, with excellent black out blinds, and the bed was so comfortable. It was perfectly located for us; there's a light rail stop right out front, short ride to Circular Quay, The Rocks and China Town. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. We'll be back

First of all, they gave me the incorrect room. Then they proceeded to think pushing 2 singles together would be acceptable in leui of a king deluxe bed. No hairdryer, ironing board collapsed on my feet, a top sheet tucked in as a fitted sheet with no other sheet. Literally no top sheet. Could not get a signal and wifi was non existent.
As a 5 star luxury hotel that is world renowned, to say i was disappointed is an understatement. Avoid this place if you can.

TV reception in room was very bad, with the sound and picture dropping out during the program. Otherwise, we enjoyed out stay. Good hot water and strong pressure in the shower.

Obviously a top notch hotel in the city with great staff in a superb location however the in-room Wifi was really patchy at various times and the pool isn't open after 5.45pm on the weekends

fantastic hotel. v modern. amazing views. v well located. chocs and wine and an nespresso machine awaited me, a nice touch. concierge amazingly helpful and informative. spa not to bad either albeit pool is indoors and closes by 5pmish - like every other hotel in Sydney. id definitely stay again.

The Hilton Sydney exceeded all my expectations. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was great and the room was just perfect. It was within walking distance to all the tourist attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment venues. There is a public car park right underneath that is so convenient if you have a car during your stay. I will definitely come back to stay over and over again.

There was disgusting black mold in the shower inside and on the grout. Grout was also missing from tile floor. I reported it more than 3 times, and they never helped me. By the time they responded after my 4th attempt, it was too late, and all the responses were ridiculous and inconvenient.
I also had to call 3 times in order to receive new clean towels!
