Had a great weekend at the Sydney Hilton. The location was central, and the staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of variety. We booked an executive room and requested an upgrade, but instead received cocktail vouchers for my birthday. The executive lounge, however, was disappointing. I expected better, based on experiences at other Hiltons. Overall, a lovely stay with room for improvement for executive lounge.

This was my second stay at the Sydney Hilton, and now I remember how much I enjoyed it first time. The service, cleanliness, location, and staff were all excellent.

Check-in process was ridiculously long which was quite disappointing as we were headed to a wedding and was late. The stay itself was okay however we did have access to the executive lounge which wasn't the greatest. We ended up having breakfast downstairs. Not sure if I would get a room for lounge access in future

The location of the property is fantastic.
Staff was professional and friendly.
Very good breakfast selection at the Glass Brasserie.
The only negative I have is the size of the bathroom sink.

Awful sounds from the lift shaft (lift movements) that can be quite disturbing even in the room that is a bit further from the lift. This is a deal breaker!

blinds dont work properly
came from a long flight uber driver foundit hard to ind you, not your fault. but would have been nice to help us get to room with luggage.
there was also a broken lamp in out room right side

Spa not available, pool area used by lap swimmers and dirty. On entry to room blinds were down,very dark and unwelcoming with note explaining window cleaning happening all that month - this information should be available on hotel sites

The hotel has a great service and location. I paid for a VIP Lounge and to be honest is horrible. Every day same fried Costco fried food and the lounge gets so crowded that some times need to wait for a table . It’s not worth it to pay for a lounge that provide a very bad food.
Service and staff is amazing but food is disappointing horribly.
