The staff are very professional. Staff Jessica S., even sent an SMS after our first night to follow-up on any issues with our accomodation. Will definitely comeback to this hotel.

Enjoyed the two nights . -Had 2 rooms connected still abit small for a family of 4 (might have too book a suite next time ) -Check out was abit crazy waited 1hour for our car and baggage too arrive from our rooms (Maybe it was because of the long weekend ) - Overall it was ok Cheers

It was nice and convenient

Rooms are nice, lots of noise from the street in the room. The lifts were a joke not sure if they were all running. Literally had to wait in a cue for them and when you got one you were jammed in. Won’t stay again

I am being somewhat negative because this was a case of my expectations being much higher than what was delivered. I mean, we are talking about THE HILTON, once queen of the hospitality industry. So while the Luke Mangan brasserie on level 2 with its $115 steaks clearly aspire to the former glory that was the Hilton, the rooms are aged; a bit tired and really not a cut above the usual Rydges, Park Royals or whatever. But checking in late a bit tired and hungry, it was the hospitality in the room which was the let down. There were two English Breakfast tea bags available and a handful of those little plastic containers of milk. Nothing in the fridge except two bottles of water which you could purchase for $4 each. To be honest I have had superior offerings from the Comfort Inns and Great Western motels in Country NSW and Victoria where you get greeted with two small packets of biscuits and a 100ml carton of long life milk and for a third of the price of this hotel . Finally, if you do book a room here. go for the inclusive $15 breakfast, as that was the best part of the visit.

Perfect spot being close to everything.

Simply put, we expected better. Bathroom and room were both so small. The hotel lobby was underwhelming, crowded and messy. Breakfast buffet very ordinary. The location was good for what we needed.

Really nice place to stay. I’d visit again. Unfortunately the television has no way to connect to other streaming services like Netflix or Disney etc.

No television reception, they assured me that by changing rooms I would have reception after doing this there was still no reception. I have been told by staff and other guests that the T.V. problem has been going on for the last 6 weeks. They are constantly jackhammering the walls during the day you cannot rest or work while this is going on. They should at least warn people about these problems before you complete your booking so as you can make an informed decision. I did receive a reduction but had to argue hard for it, I would have much preferred my stay to have been peaceful and relaxing as a 5 star experience should be. I was also amazed how the staff at magic would lie that there were no problems especially when they would answer (after a long period) and say they were having a higher number of calls everytime I rang.

Very central and easy to access

HIlton is a great hotel. However it was so busy that it took forever to get a lift that wasn't already full and breakfast was at least a 25 minute wait to get a table. We took the Exec Lounge package; on the evening it was unconfortably overfull. Not such a great overall stay.

Love the location and the room. Asked for champagne glasses, which were provided, but they were poor quality and chipped which was disappointing because we were enjoying

Excellent central location close to shops, restaurants, train, bus etc

It was a good choice for us as we were boarding a Vintage Rail Journey at the close by Central Station.
