the traffic noise was really bad from 4am as i was right next to hannans streeet, need to book away from the main street apart from that the staff are great , food is good

the staff were great and the food from the restaurant was great, but the room had cob webs in it and spiders not a good look. plus the aor conditioner made water noises all night like a mobile phone on silent o could not sleep

Check and refresh things like toilet paper, toiletries, tea, coffee etc would have been good

I am not expecting the ritz. The 1st room & had to change due to aur con not working or remote. 2nd room I had someone elses boogie wipped on wall near bed head, dirty spray marks on main living area mirror, air con so loud, bed ubder window curtains above it full of cob webs & spiders, shower was clogged up & hardly any water coming out & when it did it was high presure it hurt on body, you walked around on carpet & got dirty red feet.
Reception was more interested in her mobile phone that customer servise.
Will not be going back there or recommending it to anyone. Disgusting

Pre-check in via system was a waste of time, I still needed to check in at the reception, which took a while.
The facility did not register my choices and continued to knock on the door - even though we had asked for 3 days of uninterrupted peace - and paid extra for it.
Restaurant was overrated, but there are better options around town.

An automatic pancake machine!! This place not only gives you a FREE continental breakfast but they have an automatic pancake maker. This was the perfect place to finish our two week trip around southern WA. Highly recommend
