The hotel is convenient to the airport +++ the room and bed comfortable price was ok my only problem was that I was charged for the room on top of all ready paying through hotels.com not happy then a deposit was also held on leaving the hotel my deposit was returned but the over charged amount has still not been deposited back in my account after several phone calls I was guaranteed that the over charging would be returned to me in about 2 weeks it’s now 2 weeks and I still don’t see the money Not Happy Hotels.com

Excellent customer service. Convenient to car rental drop off (walkable) and domestic terminal. Air con issue couldn't be resolved quickly so they moved me to the room across the hall without delay. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Brisbane.

We arrived to the hotel @11.30pm. Check-in was good but got a handicap bedroom, was too tired to change room.
My lower star review was mainly because the never returned my message after calling them repeatedly. I have left a phone charger/ wire. I didn't want to drive back to the hotel if the didn't find it.
