Good option for a 1 night stay. Walking distance to domestic Airport and train station. Included breakfast is held next door at the mantra which had an adequate selection. The air conditioning unit in 505 was like having a propeller plane in the same room. I can imagine it'd bother some people but I was so tired I slept through it.

I didn't expect much given that it is a budget hotel. However, I was not impressed at being woken at 1.00am and told to evacuate due to an "incident". I was not impressed because the communication, at that time of morning was poor - delays and garbled messages before the final announcement of "false alarm". Staff need to be trained, clear in instructions and not sound as though in a panic. No apology or explanation and thus no further sleep possible.

Convenient location next to airport, however the accommodation is very tired and past its use by. The reception area is very run down, the ac struggles to keeps up, if it works at all. The place just smells old too. Room was satisfactory, and served its purpose but i would consider spending the extra $10 to stay at nearby accommodation instead. Stayed at the Stamford Plaza at the beginning of our stay, and would choose that again if we ever need to come through befofe flying OS again.

This property is clean and quiet. A good location to the airport. Rooms are clean. Very tiny rooms. We have two teenagers and so it was fine.we stayed in a double queen room. If travelling with young children looking to move around I wouldn’t recommend this property, based on the room we had.

Hopeless trying to get anyone to answer the phone after 8pm before we checked in - I complained about it when we finally arrived and the guy said "sorry we don't answer the phone" - we probably won't stay there again because the staff do not seem to care and are not helpful. Just because it's a budget hotel shouldn't mean the phone is not answered when people are sitting at reception and are not busy. We'd prefer to pay more and receive better service.

No hand towel or face washers. Rock hard pillows. Bed was comfortable. Mugs instead of tiny tea cups was definitely a plus.

Had a few issues with the room, worst of all the disgusting smell. Air conditioning vent or something is wrong woth it. Whole room smelled like wet dog. Their answer was basically tough cookies. No refund offered. Had to fight to get any compensation. Avoid.

Quick friendly check in. Room is basic but bed is comfy. Bit of a slog to get from airport to hotel with bags for an older couple. Ordered dinner with delivery from local Thai restaurant. No cutlery made for interesting food consumption lol
