Location is very convenient to the free tram stops, shops, and QVM. The hotel and room is clean and comfortable, and is also kids-friendly with their small corner for kids to read and play down at the lobby. Property is secure too and they had assisted us with storage luggage when we arrived early before the check in time. Staff are helpful and friendly.

During checkin, I booked the hotel parking(basement), but the staff guy did not tell us that there was no lift from the car park straight till the floor we were on. If he did, we could have taken out our luggage at the reception and not have to carry our heavy luggage 2 flight of stairs. The room was extremely dark and had no sun light at all !! The building seemed covered from all angles so no sun light could come in. Very poor experience

Advertised an extra single bed is available. Ended up being a very average sofa bed. Expected better for the cost of the motel. Can not adjust the room temperature in any way. Again, expected better from a motel in this price range.
