The two bedroom apartment was ideal for our needs, well equipped and surprisingly roomy. Staff were lovely. Proximity to the edge of the free tram system on Elizabeth St was a big plus. Close to Queen Victoria Market too, and plenty of eateries. We'll book again next visit!

The property is old and dated, I felt like I was in a detention Centre. The staff are great they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Property needs to be refurbished to reward the staff for all their hard work, if the property was not so dated I would have scored it alot higher.

Door from bedroom to bathroom was a joke making it a hazard in the middle of the night as it opened inwards and blocked the bathroom no tea towel ,shower head not stable and very small cups. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful

Decent hotel, good value for the price. Room was clean but generally dated and somewhat run down. Not up to the standards of several Ibis hotels that I have stayed at previously.

Clean, quiet, excellent staff. Two minute walk to the Victoria Market and an easy walk to Carlton. Midway to Elizabeth St and Swanston St trams.

Outside my room, the rubbish was full for 3 days.

Value oriented hotel with clean rooms in okay condition.
Parking and EV charging was not available even though I confirmed at time of booking but they gave us a voucher for a nearby parking station.

The Ibis hotel had the most caring people behind the desk.Everyone was patient and helpful. One evening I had an issue with a wallet that was dropped in an Uber and I was having difficulty communicating with the driver. She made it work and I got my wallet. I will never forget her kindness.
