It’s a perfect accommodation to stay in Melbourne, especially when you do both business and family vacation. Best location (close to uni, city, zoo, market), clean yet affordable. I’d recommend this accommodation for those who’d like to travel to Melbourne for both business and leisure.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Decor just a little dated but serviced our purposes. The hotel was undergoing renovations so presumably the place will get a facelift. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our request for a late checkout.

The hotel is conveniently located however the place needs a bit of work.
Our room had carpet pulling up to the main room. There was no tea towel to dry dishes and no air conditioning or fan for the room so we couldn’t change the rooms temperature.
Also don’t bring a large car to the carpark. It’s a horribly designed carpark and very hard to get in and out of.

Our booking was initially cancelled without our knowledge. Then when the booking was processed, we had the wrong room for 2 instead of what we had booked which was a room for 3.
We were given another room, the only option left which had no AC. It was a hot night even with the supplied fans we couldn't sleep well and the pillows were horrible.

Decent apartments in a convenient location next to QV market and Elizabeth St. Housekeeping not provided due to weekend stay. Clean however shower curtains could do with replacing.

The bed was too soft and there was no spare pillow. The one on the bed was very thin. There was also no hand towel in the bathroom. On a positive the temperature in the room was good and the soap & shampoo in pump containers was great.

Great location..close to QV markets, restaurants etc... little outdated and in need of an upgrade. Pillows are terrible and our room was hot. Thermostat was not working as we could not get the room cool. Service was reaĺly good though.

Great location, on edge of free tram zone & near plenty of restaurants & cafes . Plus Queen Victoria Market just across the road. Friendly reception staff , very helpful. Would recommend & stay again.
