Location is very convenient to the free tram stops, shops, and QVM. The hotel and room is clean and comfortable, and is also kids-friendly with their small corner for kids to read and play down at the lobby. Property is secure too and they had assisted us with storage luggage when we arrived early before the check in time. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The bad thing is when I need the conference call with HQ, the hotel Wifi out of order.
I am forced to use my international roaming on my own expenses for 2 hours, it's really too bad.

The location of this hotel is quite good. It is very close to QVM and most popular places in Melbourne City can be visited by walking. We stayed four nights and felt comfortable. The staffs were nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, English style, but almost the same dishes everyday. The price, however, was relatively high compared to our previous experience. Maybe it was because AO. In general, this hotel is good and recommended.

地點ok，就在queen Victoria market 附近，附近有很多食店及超市，但房間窗戶不能開，亦沒有風景，望的是一幅牆，感覺很暗很，在這裏住了四天，有兩天house keeper9點左右就敲門想進來清潔，我們當時還在睡覺，被她吵醒了想開門之際她自己打開房門，這點不能容忍及接受

一家4口可住公寓式房型，兩房兩廳一衞，就跟住家裡一樣舒適。廚房餐具齊全，還有洗衣房。附近就是維多利亞市場，生鮮熟食皆有，超方便。相當愉快的住宿經驗。

地點超級方便，每天都可以往返QV百貨附近熱鬧的街區，離唐人街也超近，就算不想走路，免費地鐵區域也在附近，唯有房間的地板是地毯，感覺不太乾淨，隔音效果真的挺不好的，但是這樣的價格，有這樣的地點覺得CP值還算挺高的囉。
