Property is not very clean and in need of maintenance, staff do not seem to care. It may be a cheaper option for Canberra accommodation but this is quickly forgotten when you have no sleep, the room smells and the noise of people coming and going keep you up all night.

Very good value for money. Room was quite modest.

The property was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was good. The bed was comfortable. While the rooms are small, they have everything you need. There isn’t a smart TV, but it’s a good place to rest your head for a few nights. The hotel has dining facilities—while the food isn’t the best, it’s convenient, and the kids were happy with the options. There’s also a pool and a gym, and the lobby is quite nice. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I’d stay again. Late check-out was a plus.

Lots of broken wardrobes, walls are not sound proof and very noisy at night.

Staff we're friendly it was close to buses

The property itself felt dated but is well maintained. There was no microwave in our room which is a basic in any and every hotel room. Staff and service was excellent. The kitchen staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. All in all, a decent stay for families

We stayed in a king superior room with a king bed a single bed and they only provided three pillows in total and they weren’t great pillows.

No Tv channels, shower sprayed everywhere. Half shower screen. Terrible pillows. Very slow reception.

Major construction work next door

Huge delays at check in, not enough staff on the desk. Really old TV couldn't get all the channels. Cheap skate!

Checkin very slow and very poor, guy was on his mobile most of the time while checking me in, never quite knew if he was talking to me or not.

It wasn't that bad. We were given the wrong room number at first, the facilities are old. Breakfast was decent, but dining area was small considering the # of people staying in the hotel at that time. Good thing we had breakfast early, some people had to wait for the others to finish.

The motel staff very not understanding about my problem with my booking

The room we were given had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. A dirty towel still hanging up in the bathroom and used toilet paper on top of the toilet paper dispenser A chair in the room was unsafe and almost broke when sitting in it - at some time someone had attempted to repair it but it was not adequate. The replacement room was adequate and clean. The rooms are large and the bed was good. The outside areas are untidy with cigarette butts in numerous places

A clean and comfortable place to stay

Quality of room is poor , unpleasant smell was there thought it would go away but not. On 29° c day sraff didn't bother to leave AC ON make room cooler. No even single bottle of water supplied . As hotel rated 4 star. Dont know how they got rated.So as wardrobes are chipped, on bed head screw was exposed , mini fridge is tangling. Blanket had multiple stains. Housekeeping service only available on 3rd day of arrival and "light one".dont know what does that means. List goes on... It was last minute plan didn't have much choice for us. Definitely not choosing this one in future for sure.

The location convenience was truly the only positive. No extra pillows, no water in room, mould in bathroom ceiling, curtains were half coming off, thats just our room. Staff were not properly attired to greet staff eg casual jeans and joggers. 2 staff members in the buffet breakfast were on their phones and too busy to attend to their jobs. Bowl of rubbish was left from the day befores breakfast near the coffee machine. The scrammbled eggs were stone cold, when i asked for a food therometer to check temp it was refused as they didnt have one. I asked for poached eggs instead and it was refused by the staff who was taking my money. My list of complaints about the breakfast experience was endless. I also complained about our complimentary drink, being accor members was not offered, but not only that, the happy hour was 4 to 6pm and it clearly advertised it on a board and on the bar., stating days and times. When i asked to be served i was informed very rudely by front desk staff that they dont have this on sundays. Well it clearly was on display, Will i recommend this particular Ibis styles to anyone... absolutely NOT. I would have been better sleeping in my car and eating takeaway. Disgusted
