Rooms were a little older, but neat and tidy, pool shading was not in place.

I was 5 hours late picking up my hire car but the staff waited until i arrived to give me the key when they normally lock up. rooms are basic but i would say a lower standard/quality to the same chain in the UK. But I would also say there is a big geographical difference and volume compared to UK.

Staff were awesome and went above and beyond to accomodate us with an awkward trailer to park on top of our car. Great comfy bed and had a great nights sleep. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the smell from the kitchen was extremely tempting. Pool was very clean and kids loved it.

Good price and great service.

We have stayed their twice the first time the room had black hair all through the bathroom and bed sheets.

The hotel is getting dated we had a late checkin and noticed by email and a call. Ot was last minute after a reminder call that we got the lock box details. Breakfast was booked but shut at 9am. The first hotel Ive ever stayed a 9am Breakfast closure. I asked for the breakfast to be refund and got a big no. Pretty poor service. And the bathroom smelt like sewer. All and all poor effort ibis / accor

The Room service is very convenient after a long day on the road! Great food!

At the time we stayed (school holidays) it was a bit expensive. Bed was a bit tired and probably due for new mattress. Rooms were clean and restaurant was reasonably priced with a good selection for such a motel. Lady in restaurant was particularly polite.

The staff called me to check what time we are arriving. We arrived on time before the staff left. Good experience

The motel is really only let down by the overall condition and fit-out of the room. They would best be described as 'very average'. Not particularly good value for money, but OK if your other options are limited.

Easy to get to staff were excellent rooms were clean.

The room ensuite had a very musty smell from lack of airflow.

The location is good, close to the town centre and beaches. Staffs are friendly and helpful. What I did not fancy that much was the condition of the room being a bit aged, the bathroom and shower doors could not be properly shut due to old age. Other than that, everything was good.

Asked for corner room so could get some sleep funny how plenty of rooms in motel but had to bunch people up why not stagger people could here next door going to toilet and talking , pluming needs a look at as makes gurgling sounds as water goes down for quite a while I suggest you put people in either side of no 18 and stay the nite as impossible to try to get to sleep for $200 you have got to be joking why would I bother to stay again will be letting people know at mine site as we stay in gero on way to work regularly not impressed at all .

Very Noisy, Bathroom and WC fittings falling out of the walls, no plates or cutlery , no tissues only one chair for 2 people, the furniture is the worst I have ever seen in a motel it must have cost less than $8, handles missing , shower does not drain properly , exhaust fan filthy, painting a mess in some places there was more paint on the windows, toilet door jams closed I had to force the door open to get my wife out, pot holes everywhere , no power points by the side tables, fridge on 3 legs. $224 per night is far to much for this standard, it is the worst place i have ever stayed in.The best thing I could say is it was very clean.

The bed was decent, the staff were friendly and helpful but the state of the room was decrepit. The built ins were old, worn craft board that was well past its use by date, the decor was ugly. This facility needs refurbishing urgently. Very disappointing for an Ibis property. I was shocked.
