Our stay was lovely, great view, easy check in, comfortable bed

great location. older building nicely renovated. excellent beds and slept very well. nice marbled bathroom. water pressure was a bit low. the view outside was amazing. the sunrise over the ocean was divine. will stay there again.

Really nice little hotel right on the beach front so you can be on the sand within minutes! Only a short walk to the shops and restaurants too. Fairly small car park, we lost our space and couldn’t get another when we came back so had to park on the street, not a major deal though. Also no lift, so means carrying suitcases up the stairs. Again not a major deal if you’re fit and healthy but anyone with health or mobility issues should take this into consideration. Great hotel though.

The property was close to the beach and shops. It was conveniently located. The property was quite expensive for the size. There was quite a lot damage to the property due to age and use.

The room was a good size and had gorgeous ocean views but the property needs some love and a lot of repairs. Paint peeling off walls, our bathroom sink was broken, so was the bathroom door. Towels were old. Staff we met were very nice and helpful. Ocean views and location were lovely. It was comfortable for our 1 night stay.

Two separate buildings, we were in the old one at the back. Very old room with broken blinds and a huge spa jammed in to a tiny bathroom. Four flights of stairs to reach our room on lever two, no lift. Very limited parking with many guests parked on the street. Would search for something better next time

we were late arrival (8 pm) not that late! so we had to use the safe to open for keys. i was the one who booked and paid for the room but in all the contact my name wasn’t mentioned they noted me as guest 2 and the other party by name. the other party got a jacuzzi tub and i did not. i am older and could have really used the tub for i was hurting very bad from the travel.

We had a lovely short stay, with a beautiful view of the water. The unit itself was small neat & tidy

As a Gold Accor member having being to this property one week earlier, the change in service delivery and overall experience it was a disappointment. I asked for breakfast and was advised no breakfast was available. ! I found this to be inconvenient as I had to leave earlier the next morning. The service seems inconsistent from week to week, their staffing changes don’t seem to maintain minimum standards of service, no recognition of Accor membership and even when told so, it’s indifferent. Ammenities are limited but location was good.

Liked the rooms, big tv, ironing board etc. continental brekky nice But surprised to find no bottled water in the rooms ??

A reliable, good hotel. I have stayed several times over the last few years, and it is always clean, has polite helpful staff and is in a magnificent position.

Great position for town

Our favourite quick stay hotel when visiting family. Nice beach view and walkable to shops and our favourite Thai restaurant. Staff are friendly and efficient. It’s a shame the breakfast is not available during this stay. King Bed is comfortable.

Where to start. Not enough parking, we couldn’t watch the tv without the internet buffering every three minutes or so. The carpet was old and filthy. There were garbage trucks going up and back of the back of room starting at 6.15 am in the mornings. The room next door had his tv on 24 hours and we could hear it over our tv 24 hours a day. No cutlery or plates in our room. The bathroom window was overlooked by nine apartments at the back, and it is only vaguely opaque so our silhouette was seen clearly by strangers. No privacy. Checked in and front office stunk of food and phone was ringing endlessly. A man was walking around and never answered it? I was told emphatically by girl at front desk that we were leaving too early as we had booked a late check out. We didn’t. She was so insistent. The bathroom was not clean, there were hand prints everywhere, where the people had grabbed the walls to support getting in the spa. There is some loud grinding whirring noise that went on for hours. This was a horrible experience and I would tell anyone to not stay there.

Great location. Easy check-in and plenty if parking
