I like friendly staffs.

シャワールームが狭く、身体を洗いにくかった。清掃は改善の余地があります（カーペットの埃、破損、湯沸かしポットなど）。

locatlon was perfect and rooms clean and tidy

The lobby and restaurant have clearly been renovated but the room I stayed on the tenth floor was in desperate need of an update. There also appeared to have been some water damage on the window and some of the furniture that was not addressed. Overall, however, the room was clean and it's a great location within walking distance of most major points of interest.

The hotel major advantage is the location breakfast choice very minimum the rooms needs a najor renovation you can reach you bwithin

Lovely staff but bit noise late night

Should be aware that the restaurant is not open on Sunday and Monday evenings. No mini bar. In general the hotel rooms are a little tired.

A bit of a surprise at the price for parking

From the moment of arrival constant banging and drilling up into 10.pm. Complained to the reception- nothing done. Complained next morning ditto complained at night when I found room not cleaned to the manager who couldn’t manage an automatic laundromat. Finally a lovely gentlemen behind desk bought me a beer and said everything would be fixed.out with the old manager and in with the new I would say.

The location was great. The hotel room itself was tired and damaged as were my colleagues rooms. There were building works going on which were noisy and we weren't warned about and we were charged for breakfasts on the day we checked in, which was after lunch. Would not stay there again unless we knew the rooms had been renovated.

Good view of Darling Harbour, walkable to everything. Bar was excellent, good cocktail knowledge and well made

Location very good. Staff excellent Peter was very attentive and helpful with changing rooms and keeping luggage. Rooms very close to each other , sound insulation could be better. Could hear toilet flushing and other peoples conversations. Rooms very dated.

great location, good price, close to darling harbour and light rail & theres also a supermart nearby staff are friendly and helpful room was quite comfortable, but not really sound proof due to connecting room door
