We like that is was a good affordable price, the place was clean,and the room, breakfast was good, we were treated with very well mannered staff at the desk who were very knowledgeable of their job. Also we were close to a lot of amenities.

Amazing front of housestaff, close to public transport Light rail Chinatown closest stop, lots of eateries,opposite Coles World Square, wow factor is their all you can eat breakfast for $20 if pre-booked, well priced for rooms in the CBD. Will return

Room was extremely basic, bathroom was smelly as had no fan so smelt damp constantly, floors didn’t look vacuumed even when we arrived or any day we were there. For the price and location it was good with supermarket and restaurants close by!

Comfortable, spacious room. Staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent value and good choice. Lots of eateries nearby and easy walk to main attractions. A good base. Downside, very noisy at night with heavy beat music til quite late and some road noise. We were on first floor, May have been quieter further up

My teenage son and I stayed in a twin room for 2 nights on the 11th floor. Whilst it was small, it was clean, had everything we needed, and was convenienly located to what we needed to do whilst in the CBD. Staff were friendly and efficient at check in, and brought extra towels super fast when I requested them. The area surrounding the hotel is a vibrant part of the city with heaps of excellent Thai restaurants and eateries, pubs, and a surprisinly vast amount of shopping choices at World Square right over the road. Light sleepers be aware that it is a night-life area, so you might want to bring earplugs for the 2am music noise. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for 2 nights.
