No room servicing - had to ask for toilet roll - clean towels magnetic to hold open door doesn't work - staff comment "there are several like that". Standard of room needed attention - unable to reach light switch from beds placed together to form "queen or King" - no in dining - have to source nearby restaurants - staff comment "there are plenty out there" - staff comment when asked about luggage trolley "there maybe a few somewhere outside" All in all would never stay with this group again

Excellent staff. Nice pool. Room clean and adequate. The gym could be better and the sauna was not very hot. Was surprised that room wasn’t serviced once in a 5 night stay but we had our own supplies, and would of asked for more if needed.

Ideal location, close to the marina, local club and only a short drive to the esplanade

The GPS does not take you to the reception it takes you to the 2nd tower, at night time in an unfamiliar area it was difficult

Great spot, right on the water, beautiful views. Very convenient with some great restaurants literally at the doorstep.

Room was a little tired and on the ground floor with a patio area close to a busy walk way. We did ask to move but it wasn't possible. Staff were nice and friendly. Great location.

Like: location to water's edge and connection to adjoining facilities. Dislike:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathroom sink was cracked and very uneven legs on the balcony table, room itself was clean but very dated. The views from the marina view room was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Property in need of refurbishing

Standard one bedroom unit, ground level was in need of a microwave & mini kitchenette facilities, had only hotel basics . no lock on balcony door screen could not leave open at night, bed linen musty smelling, bed uncomfortable as twin joined to make queen dips in middle , shower over spray makes bathroom floor slippery , tv light flashes when off particularly annoying having to switch off located high position. Was okay for a short stay , nice waterfront location , reception staff friendly & helpful . Definitely need a car to get around . Car park outdoors only. Mid week price Reasonable

Motel is in need of some real maintenance. Should highlight type of bath/shower as the spa was too high for the impaired/elderly. The Dock was great service& food.

Location

My only let down was the couple in the room next door smoking on their balcony non stop. I couldn't keep my door open otherwise it smelled like an ashtray. Certainly not the hotel's fault.
