Hotel looks great from the outside but rooms are a bit dated. Blinds very worn. Bathroom/shower not overly clean. Small old desk only one chair. Great great deck thou and great view

There were 6 adults and it was perfect.

Great location next to beach. Two bedroom apartment had everything we needed. Nice coffee shop downstairs and at beach. Short walk to town.

Beautiful position great coastal walk very clean and great service

Stayed many times & always an excellent experience. Room no ready at check-in time which is fine but reception said they would ring when ready. Waited 1 hour still nothing went back yes it is ready. Not even a sorry forgot to ring you. Nothing, nothing at all. All i was expecting was a sorry 😞

I booked a 1 bedroom court view apartment for a 2 night weekend stay for my birthday. I was able to get an early check in on the Friday. The rooms were spacious, quiet and clean. I liked that they had all the cleaning products for the washing machine, dishwasher etc in the apartments too and an oven. The pool and spa were lovely. It was great for my little get away. I’ll definitely be back.

On the beach

The property was very good and the reception staff was lovely. The apartment we were in was older but well-kept, clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. My only negative was booking through Hotels.com instead of directly through the hotel. The Mantra offered much better rates directly (not even on sale) and when I asked hotels.com about it (I had purchased a "members only special" aka a surcharge, for the privilege), I was told that the hotel would not allow me to cancel and rebook and that they had tried to call reception to check for me but no one at the hotel would answer. The hotel however denied this and offered me a refund but it would have taken days to process through hotels.com and i didn't feel like dealing with the hassle of again trying to communicate with this website. It was my fault for not thinking to check the hotels website directly, prior to making the booking, instead of assuming that the rates offered by Hotels.com and advertised as special rates, were indeed "special," for the right reasons. Lesson learned. :)

Our stay was wonderful.

Booked room with ocean views, first room had ocean glimpses through the trees. Got moved due to noisey neighbours at 2am for hours (not properties fault) next day got moved rooms which was 1 floor higher and had much better views. Staff initially said they had no vacant rooms to move to but once we pushed the situation more they all of sudden had a spare room. Staff were very friendly though. Extremely unhappy with the first room, it should be advertised as ocean glimpses not ocean views. Reluctant to stay with this hotel again.

Lovely spot to stay

We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanview on level 3 and it was perfect. Staff greeted us well and were friendly, the rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable and the view was amazing. Their was a slight unpleasant smell (kind of like a wet dog) when we first entered but could be the age of the building or other factors (maybe carpets could do with a refresh) but once we had the balcony door open and over the next couple of days it didn't bother us at all. There was a wifi connection issue to the TV. In our room it worked for the first day then was buffering alot the next day but in another room of a relatives, it didn't work at all. Otherwise, we had a delightful stay and even wanted to extend our stay by a day but sadly it was all booked out. We will surely return and stay here again.

Second time staying here and love the spacious rooms, easy parking and access to beautiful beach and tracks for running right across the road. Love staying here and highly recommended.

Such a great location and view of the beach from inside our room. The amazing doors opened right up to let in the sea air and hear the ocean. Walk to beach, local cafe and club Lovely big indoor pool Super comfortable pillows and beds. Helpful staff
