The fact that check-in closed at 5PM should have been included in the acknowledgment of the booking.
I was unable to link my laptop to the wi-fi, but my phone linked OK. I had to use my phone as a hot spot to use my laptop.
There was a problem with the shower door - obviously not a new problem.
