If you’re not claustrophobic, you will enjoy the stay, the rooms are clean & well maintained. But if your looking for a larger room you might want to think about an upgrade.

Rooms are a little small and parking can be tough if busy. Plus it's not walking distance to much except hospital district and one pub. BUT. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, has a decent bar and bistro on the premises, and is a nice place to stay. I do like it, but if I'm in an introvert frame of mind and not wanting too many people around, I'd probably go elsewhere, as it is very popular - and with good reason, it's a super hotel!

The room was clean but it was small not really anywhere to put your suitcase. Also the shower overflowed whilst I realise it wasn’t the hotel‘s fault and they did offer me another room but a little bit disappointed with the overall stay.
The restaurant was great and really enjoyed the food.

Booked a superior room with rollaway bed and was pleasantly surprised to get 2 connecting rooms, 1 for the double bed and 1 for the rollaway bed. Clean rooms and cafe on the ground floor was great.
Only feedback would be to have the body lotion outside the shower instead; otherwise I would definitely be staying there again.

A nice hotel with modern decor & cool art work.
Neat & tidy, clean.
Room was not overly large but had everything we needed.
Location is a little out of town, it is walkable but there is not a lot nearby so it makes it feel like a long walk.
Breakfast was great, really enjoyed it.
Staff were friendly.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. Great location, easy parking, friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable rooms with every amenity needed. Lounge area is well serviced by a great bar and restaurant and plenty of seating. Can highly recommend and will be sure to return

The menu states gluten free but the curry I ordered immediately made me very unwell due to gluten
They failed to have any chai leaves for latte and didn’t know if their hot chocolate had gluten in it either
I don’t anticipate going back there again
