Only issue as a group was due to the dining room being out of service there was not a communal area to sit and chat as a group on site, otherwise enjoyed our stay.

A bit dingy, but quite functional. Good value for money.

This was my worst hotel experience so far. After checking in (for 4 days) and getting to my room, I came back down to let the hotel receptionist there was a horrible sewer gas smell in my room. His answer “sorry, we are fully booked for the next two days”. I figured the smell was coming from the bathroom, so I had to brace myself each time I went in there. The rest of the time I had the bathroom door closed (it helped a lot). I’ve requested a room change on day 2, but got the exact same answer. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotel, fantastic location. Cooking facilities gives options, but heaps of dining choices close by. Great transport links. A lick of paint wouldnt hurt. Iverall highly recommend

Pretty good room but essentially no hotel lobby. The hotel is basic and functional and fine.

Fantastic location and excellent staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean though the couch looked a bit rough and carpet looked like it needed a deep clean. Bathroom and shower were excellent. Kitchen was good. TV was an big issue for me. It wouldn't connect to a channel until I had to switch the mains power off to the room and back on again to get it to connect (I did this as per concierge advice), sometimes I had to run through this process 2-3 times before I got a a channel. When I say A channel, that's what I meant, I only had a choice of one channel. On top of that, my friend is registered deaf, she can hear with special hearing aids but likes the text on when watching TV and even that didn't work, so that aspect dampened an otherwise good experience.

The cleaner didn't change the blankets once the room was arranged.

Bathroom/toilet is clean

Exceeded expectations. Large room, kitchenette, big window, not much of a view though.
