I unfortunately booked the wrong dates for this stay and was out by a month. I only realized an hour after cutoff time and called the hotel immediately. I was told it was too late and had to forfeit which I have now done. A bit disappointing that the hotel couldn't even look at my booking even though I did acknowledge my error

Only thing we missed in our room was a microwave, most places we stay at have one in the room.

Staff in the first day were great. The staff member on the second day was extremely unhelpful and ruined the whole stay

This is a lovely clean property and the staff are very friendly. Great walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

The property and stay were great, unfortunately our booking was muddled. They had reserved one room rather than two. Luckily, they found another room and offered free breakfast and a much cheaper rate as compensation. We would have been happy with that, but they then neglected to make our dinner reservation (as promised). Breakfast in the club was a farce. We seemed to be served by the security guard who could not find some dishes. He called for help and 2 women came but soon left. One serve of Granola came in a soup bowl and the other in a salad dish. A spoon of yoghurt and side of fruit source completed the dish. No fruit and no milk. Some coffees had saucers, but they ran out. Other ingredients were also in short supply for example no sourdough. And we waited 40 minutes for this. The staff seemed to be doing their best. Please Please employ or train the breakfast staff.

Lovely spot - lovely people - no shampoo in room 312 but oh well - we’ll still come back next year!

Very friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here as it is close to major shopping centres but you don’t hear the noise in the rooms.

You need to contact me. When we arrived there was only1 room booked and I had confirmation from you people that I had reserved 2 rooms --1 for Standring and 1 for Littlewood They had no record of a room for Littlewood. I was already charged for 2 rooms. Add to that we had to change to the Quest Orange and pay $704 for a double room for 1 night. because the Mercure was booked out. I require A/ An answer of what went wrong and B/ a full refund of $1222 due to the extra expenditure I had to make because of your booking error

Excellent place to stay. Right in the centre of town. Easy to walk around and find somewhere to eat and shop.

Very well located and the new rooms were very nice and modern. Excellent free charging for our Tesla. Only issue was that we had a room with a closed and locked connecting door to the next room, but the sound travelled through all night from the upset Neighbour using her phone. Every loud word woke us up many times. Better sound proofing of the door is strongly recommended
