Very good service and the room as clean and well equipped. I could not get the Chromecast to work on the tv though. Hint, checkout is easy with the Dropbox next to the reception desk. It's tricky to find. Look near the laneway.

I booked this hotel as the description said it has been fully renovated in 2022, there is no way, rooms were old, damaged and very bare. No valance around the blood stained bed base. Rooms are not sound proof, extremely noisy from the outside and inside. Plus is the buffet breakfast.

Not the best stay in Melbourne. Excellent location and spacious room however housekeeping had overlooked cleaning our room before our stay and we had the last guests left overs in the Fridge and used face washers. Apart from that beds were comfortable and shower good.

Great stay and central
Only downside was aircon seemed to stuck on 18 degrees only and was very noisy from constant banging of opening and closing of doors down the corridors ( maybe could fix doors so that slow shut ) and was noisy from bin shute next to our room

It’s a popular hotel with lots of activity in peak times in the foyer and breakfast area. The standard room was compact with renovated bathrooms but limited storage space. Ideal location for inner city activities with easy access to restaurants, shops, theatre and transport.

The hotel is in a great location in the middle of a bustling Melbourne CBD and the staff were amazing and helpful. The bed was not very comfortable and the cot mattress had definitely seen better days. The bathroom was very small even for a hotel and the door was a sliding one that could not be locked so it was hard to keep our toddler out of it.
Despite that we had a wonderful time!
