Made an overnight stop on a long trip. Welcoming friendly staff and a warm clean room. I did not have the time to avail myself of the dining room or other facilities but would consider it a a base for a longer stay in the region.

Good budget accommodation, clean, easy to find and good location. Staring to show a bit of age but that’s ok. I dined in the restaurant and the food was above average and very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and polite

Staff are amazing. Room very clean and well prepared. Bed was a lot better this time. Only 2 things that are not the best, are the AC not working properly and there is a massive pot plant in our parking spot. Other than that, I do recommend this resort for your trip to Mildura

Although an old motel our room looked like it had been renovated in the past few years. It was clean and the qbed was comfortable. It was situated in a good location, on Deakin Ave, and close to Mildura Central SC. It was suitable for our 2 night stay. The ac worked very well as it was very cold in Mildura in mid winter.

The room was ok but it did have a bad smell was very strong and it was very noisy. Also I was going down the stairs to get to the laundry and one of the stairs broke so not very safe. The rooms

Service was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to assist and were friendly and obliging.
While overall the place is a little old and could do with an update, the beds and pillows were really comfy, the rooms clean and the over all experience was positive.

We stayed in room 66 and from just opening the door there were stains on the carpet, the only good thing was the size. It was upstairs so you had to walk a narrow walkway outside which didn't feel safe. The bed was like a wooden board, so uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. There was a high step to get in the shower which also didn't feel safe. I think the photos must have been from a different executive apartment. We paid for 3 nights and could only stay one due to the condition of the room, ended up staying somewhere else, should have got my money back.
