We never actually stayed here because there was an unexpected water leak in the room, but I wanted to give 5 stars to the staff for their kind and timely handling of the problem. Their free parking was so nice, and the room was nicely furnished, clean, and updated. So I can safely say we would have been super happy staying here...but sometimes things happen. The moment we reported the issue the staff came to inspect and discussed options for moving us. When we opted instead to go elsewhere (we needed adjoining rooms), they processed the refund right away. Good service means a lot in these situations!

Good location, good food, aircon a little noisy for sleeping at night but other than that all good.

Aircon drips onto the bed head, had to put a face washer down to stop getting splashed.
Bed on rollers, so easily moved.
Other than those two minor issues I had no complaints

I stay here quite a few times now as it’s convenient for me when I’m in town. However this time I didn’t like the room I was in, plus it was very noisy due to a function that was on. Luckily it did finish around midnight.
