Bed could be softer

Wonderful room with a great view. Beds were really comfy with a lovely en-suite shower room. Everything I would expect from the hotel chain. Nice restaurant too. Lived up to expectations,

The reception staff (Emily, I think) was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. I also appreciated the earlier check-in as I arrived a little early. The food in the restaurant (breakfast) was very good and at a reasonable price. The staff there were also friendly and helpful. The hotel is also an easy walk to Stargate, DFO and the buses to the airport.

Easy & convenient if you are coming from or to the airport. Nice accommodations, great breakfast!

We stayed at Novotel Brisbane Airport for one night. Since our flight was at 10:30 a.m., the location was very convenient for getting to the airport. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the dinner at the restaurant was disappointing. As other reviews have pointed out, we hope the food quality will be improved.

Great place to stay if you need a BNE airport stopover. Easy walk to Skygate Mall which has a 24hrs Woolworths and the DFO Outlets. The rooms are super clean, quality fittings and comfy bed. It’s also very quiet so easy to get a good nights rest.

Bathroom door didn't close, told we had a complimentary breakfast when we check in, turned out we didn't. May have been lack of communication.

Perfect stay for an early morning flight. Breakfast was good. Not so impressed about paying xtra for carpark when there wasn’t actually a guest carpark available for us and had to park in a staff carpark.

Room: bedside light not working. Heating/air conditioning has alert saying filter system needs cleaning. Given windows can’t be opened, and that it’s an airport transit hotel, these systems should be cleaned for both circulation on the rooms & to prevent infections from unhygienic filters. I also went to the sauna. The wooden seat is broken. The ladle to pour water onto rocks was broken. The bucket for the water was cracked and empty. Location: excellent Luggage storage after check out: available Airport transfer: free bus 100m away Disappointing: can’t sit on pool deck after check out while waiting to go to airport. Was recommended the park behind the hotel which (not Novotel fault) is a big cigarette ash tray

Just a great experience and the service, they knew what they were talking about pleasant manners, just great you will be seeing me again
