We arrived on a late flight from Hong Kong (we got to the hotel around 11.45 pm) and the staff at the desk made check in seemless. About 5 minutes from airport in a taxi (taxi was expensive for 5 minutes, about $40). The room was spotless and modern. No noise whatsoever. Very large, comfortable bed. There was a wide choice of food for the buffet breakfast that was all presented very well and tasted delicious. Fantastic hotel for weary travellers.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The area was convenient to where we needed to be, facilities around the hotel were good, staff were really friendly and accommodating and room service was good. We would definitely stay there again.

The reception staff (Emily, I think) was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. I also appreciated the earlier check-in as I arrived a little early. The food in the restaurant (breakfast) was very good and at a reasonable price. The staff there were also friendly and helpful. The hotel is also an easy walk to Stargate, DFO and the buses to the airport.

Great place to stay if you need a BNE airport stopover. Easy walk to Skygate Mall which has a 24hrs Woolworths and the DFO Outlets. The rooms are super clean, quality fittings and comfy bed. It’s also very quiet so easy to get a good nights rest.
