Nice apartment , clean with comfortable bed. Balcony with partial ocean view as advertised. Very helpful staff. The only minus re apartment I can identify was shower over a spa with a high spa wall. Although there was a stepping stool provided, I found accessing the shower rather awkward and not very safe. While Oshen is centrally located and walkable distance to beach and dining options it is actually on steep hill that might be challenging for people with mobility issues . Overall it was wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Very steep around property and not very good views from room. I had booked through Wotif and chose the facility to pay on day at hotel but the hotel automatically took payment off my credit card 2 weeks prior with no consent from me. My partner was paying for holiday on the day we arrived as a gift for me but I had already had it taken out of my c/c. I had found it cheaper to stay in the place by $25 per day but because payment had already been taken from my c/c I couldn’t save any money. Luckily they had given us an upgrade which we appreciated.

Great views of the Ocean from our unit on level 3. We were above the pool, so can be noisy. Car Park across the street seems to be a meeting point for exuberant teens, a bit noisy for enjoying the balcony. After hours security took no interest in resolving our concerns and advised us to call the police ourselves.

Clean, quiet, our room was very small and this property is on a very steep hill which was difficult to walk up and down. Once you get down the hill, their are options for eating and to walk.

Lack of parking, and couldn't access 2nd basement level parking at Adelaide St. When we reported this, was told to park on the street - there is no close street parking! Access card wouldn't open the terrace gate either. Checked with reception the next day and was told "oh yeah, other people have said that too". Thats not good customer service.
The fridge supplied, wouldnt get cold. No freezer. Excerise step supplied to get into the bath/shower. Then the glass door wouldnt open and i was stuck in the shower. Wasn't good value for what we paid. Won't be staying there again.

The property was lovely. The view was good on the north facing room but would have been better south facing. The pool is heated and very clean. Great for a night or 2. Small TV and not able to connect to the smart functions but that was ok too.
Great staff and they remember your name which was a fantastic thing as a guest to hear.
Would recommend a stay thereeven with the walk up the hill.
