Great place to stay

Our stay was disgusting, tge room we booked was not the room we received. We had to sleep in seperate beds as they were doubles. The room service evening meal was cold except the meat. The morning breakfast , the toast was cold as if it was toasted last night and the eggs were cold. We requested a late check out as we were attending a wedding today , and the rude response was no. We will be taking thus matter further as it was unsatisfactory to treat a customer that way. The manager replied saying it was your fault, they have no control of the room we recived. Seems extremely funny for them to know what we we're in and still didn't give us the correct room. I believe there should be some sort of compensation for the service not supplied as per our bookings. I will not be recommending this location to anyone in the futere

I’ve stayed here on other occasions and had better experiences. We booked 3 king superior rooms, and on check in were informed $100 per room for breakages was required (there’s nothing on the booking stating this fee) and that this fee would take 3-5 days to come back into my bank account - this made me very unhappy, most places do a holding fee which returns instantly on check out/room clean. Nope . Not the case. The restaurant was closed for dining but was however available for room service at an added cost of x amount per plate. The carpet in my room was damp and shower leaked water. Apart from the above griped room was clean, bed was comfy.

It was so comfortable! Really convenient location, clean facilities, quiet and we ordered dinner from the room service menu which was delicious. Definitely worth the money spent!

super clean, mattress a bit hard, no smart TV, air con needs a clean, check in and check our pretty good. Room service doesn't include making the bed.

Amazing relaxing stay with Platinum International, the staff are friendly and the Manager Thomas is exceptionally kind and welcoming, attending to all of our needs. The roomservice is great with beautiful tasting dishes, shout out to Nik the chef. Coffee, shopping and hospital all within walking distance. Highly recommend for short and long stays Looking forward to staying again. Kc 😊

Check in on Friday was good, but pool closed for cleaning. Still closed Saturday morning when sign said opens at 9. (Who cleans the pool on the busiest days of the week anyway) I went to the office and asked the manager Thomas when it would be opened as my granddaughter was upset because she still couldn't use it . I asked in a jovial tone, and he retorted in a matter-of-fact manner and then continued to be completely condescending and then tried to dismiss what I had heard him call me, so basically called me a liar. I have never been treated so poorly in an establishment ever. As a regular traveller for business I have never been insulted ever until now. And in taking approximately 1 week per month over 25 years staying in hotels, have I ever left a bad review either. Then to top it off, out of no where, (except maybe guilt) I received notification that I would get a $100 reimbursement in 2-5 business days. Nearly 4 weeks later hear some excuse that it has to come from my booking agent who have no idea about this, even though my statement clearly shows Platinum took my money. Obviously this guy needs some training in customer service or a job that he likes as clearly he isn't happy here. I don't even care about the reimbursement, you can keep it. Lessen learned - I would never stay here again!
