Such a comfortable night. Arrived after 29 hours travelling and just wanted to crash before continuing our journey. Had the best nights sleep ever. Bed was phenomenal - huge and very comfy.
Very quiet and could not hear any outside noise at all. Plentiful coffees/teas gorgeous robes that we actually big enough for a normal person. Great shower with massive soft towels. Very impressed and would stay again in a heartbeat

Second time for us to stay at this hotel as a overnight before travelling international or collecting family from the airport. Its a beautiful hotel with great amenities and close by however parking can be an issue as the vehicle detection failed each time we tried to exit and we had to get assistance from reception. It also costs $40 /24hrs so can be quite pricey.

Staff were super helpful on checkin. Great hotel, no complaints. Id give 5 star, only complaint is that there is no clear signage from domestic terminal to hotels until you hit a certain point. When getting off plan the last thing u want to do is struggle finding ur hotel. Airport needs to improve signage as i had to ask 3 different workers i saw for guidance

Couldn’t stay as flight cancelled and flew to Sydney early and stayed at the Pullman airport there. Obviously the Brisbane Pullman don’t care and I won’t get a refund.

Lovely spacious rooms with comfortable beds, very effective aircon and a big bath! Very clean and quiet too. Attentive staff in reception area. Close to airport but shame there is no pick up shuttle as the last thing I wanted to do was walk for 15 mins with 3 suitcases at midnight. Downside is the corridor carpets are very stained and colour is dirty and worn. This needs replacing, but everything else is great. If you like an ice plunge, the pool will suit you!

One night stay at The Pullman Brisbane Airport before travelling overseas. Staff were professional, helpful & friendly. We arrived later in the evening so ordered room service. The meals were large and arrived hot. The room was large and very comfortable with pillow service. The room was also immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.
