Family room was great with kids, they had their own space and TV. Pool area comfortable for a lounge around. Used the guest laundry and worked well. Reception was friendly. A little out of the main action for restaurants but the golf club behind the hotel had meals and drinks at a good price.

The bathroom grouting was dirty. Bathroom bin was rusty. Wall ( not tiles) in bathroom dirty. Walls and door frames dirty.
Room very gloomy. Brown decor and low lighting.
The air conditioning unit blew straight onto the bed and was very uncomfortable.

Very basic and didn’t seem like my room had a proper clean, basic facilities and condition overall very disappointing, bathroom and overall room poor condition.

We stayed here just one night and slept very poorly due to the location of hotel. It’s near the start of the 50 km/hr zone which means trucks slowing using compression breaking all night long. Maybe those units further back might be quieter (we were in rm #80). Food in restaurant was simple but fine and nice that we didn’t need to walk or drive anywhere (though bowling club is very close too). We required a 2BR apartment which was a poor layout (1 bedroom off the other bedroom rather than off a lounge area (no lounge area at all) which was odd but every new experience is fun. The room/bathroom was well cleaned.

My bathroom had black mould on the ceilings and on the tiles and staff weren’t overly friendly I won’t stay there again.

Bathroom lights didn't work (not even bulbs in them). Was put in a room when the hotel looked less then half full right on the main road where struggled to sleep with trucks going by. Dinner was terrible. Dumplings were frozen in the middle. Not an enjoyable experience unfortunately.
