Always great the ONLY negative is they have very slow WiFi, I often have to use my mobile phone instead.

Great staff, nice bar and dining area. Unfortunately our shower didn’t drain properly and room shows its age but for a country Hotel a good option.

Rooms very basic for the price you’re paying, restaurant service is not what it used to be. I waited 1/2 hour after ordering my meal to be told it wasn’t entered so waited another 1/2 hour.

The peoperty has all the basic amenities, although it is dated the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no housekeeping on Sundays and beds will not be made if something is left on it. Otherwise the location is convenient and close to the zoo. We were only there to wash and sleep so it ticked those boxes.

We were placed in a room directly facing the Newell Highway. All night we were subjected to the road noise of interstate semi-trailers, trucks , road hoons and sirens. Hardly much sleep. At check-in asked for wifi connection, was given square code to copy, later that night could not connect wifi as required password. As no phone in room to contact reception waited till following morning. Next morning on toilet found it would not flush, cistern empty. Go to reception to complain, sorry they said had plumber cutting off water. Why were we not advised accordingly, stupid look but no answer. Why were we not given wifi password when checking in when we particularly asked for in, again stupid look but then gave us the password as we were about to leave. Left toilet full and told them ... this was not our usual way of leaving a room. Whole experience totally disgusting and third world level .Give it a miss!!

Reception staff were really nice and friendly and the restraunts food was really yummy. The steak pasta was amazing. Cleaning lady was super lovely and friendly when chexking on room service needed. Reccomend its very close to the zoo and the RFDS is a must visit

The room was not cleaned When they made up the room beds were left they only emptied the bin and replaced towels couldn’t even give us coffee. Had mold in the shower and fan in bathroom didn’t work The doors were unsafe for having little ones the security chain was way to low and the locks didn’t lock

From the moment I arrived until departure. I had nothing but exemplary service. Our host was extraordinary. Rooms were clean. Location. Excellent. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our king size bed was a medium firm and comfortable enough, however, one side did like to make a wire popping sound when rolling over. Shower had excellent hot water flow, and was very clean. The air conditioning functioned well, but as with many, the power LED light makes the room less than dark during sleep. TV channels had great reception. Would be nice to have at least one sitting chair in all standards of room. Plenty of robe space. The small gym room had a functioning and bluetooth connected treadmill, elliptical and cycle; plus a small cable weights machine and a few small kettlebells and dumbells. It was clean, with a functioning air conditioner and the window overlooked the scenic golf course. Unfortunately, as with many motels of this style, the window side of the room receives a lot of traffic noise from the Newell Highway's constant heavy truck traffic; and without double glazed windows, you hear all of it. It is easily within walking distance to the fantastic Western Plains Zoo; and if you don't ant to drive anywhere, the golf club restaurant made high quality cantonese and malaysian dishes of very generous servings.

Good location for Dubbo zoo, observatory and club and hotel nearby. Easy walking distance. Staff very friendly at check in.

The property is very dated, poor condition of the room. Things were broken, and extremely noisy
