Great value for money.

Nicely renovated. King size bed very comfortable and split system heating excellent. Bathroom was very nice.

Accommodation was ok clean but sink in the room was way to high would stay again

This is my sixth visit to this motel with my elderly mother and we are constantly delighted by its spotless presentation, crisp sheets and general comfort for a very reasonable price. Now that the Thai restaurant has opened on the premises there is another compelling reason to stay.

Return visit, 2 night stay. Good price, friendly staff. Good, quiet location, parking at door. Previous reviews I mentioned placement of bathroom hooks, way to high to reach (still) Very surprized that no room service unless 3 day stay not on hotels.com website. Understand about sheets,towels not being changed for the environment,but one face washer and one hand towel to be shared for two persons was not good.Unhygienic. Not so much an issue of protecting the environment (read the notice in the bathroom) but of cutting labour costs. Also, mini garbage bins need to be bigger, especially for more than one night stays. No feminine disposable bags. As one with some limited hand movements found the toiletries difficult to operate. Perhaps an accessible room would have been different. Maybe bring your own. No clock, no inroom phone (digital age) but some folk still don't have these gadgets(i do). The "do not disturb" sign did not attach, too worn out sticking.Handy onsite upstairs(no lift)Thai restaurant, dine in or takeaway. Perhaps they would deliver to room for disabled guests.Tried this restaurant and found one dish to be good but avoid the money bags, expensive and awful.Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives and would return again and hopefully some of the negatives would be positives.

Room was good, just dickheads in cars raving and people talking outside of our room at all hours of the night was a bit annoying, but that’s out of the hotels control

Business trip needed quiet place close to club with easy parking

The finish of the rooms and quality and the restaurant on site and represented good value for money

Absolutely amazing. everything went so smoothly, the lady from the front office helped me, was so nice and recommend what to do. the room itself was clean, specious and just perfect I would definitely go back

I thought the motel was a good choice and great value. It's a short and very pleasant walk into town along the foreshore. My room was comfortable and spacious. Onsite is an excellent Thai restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious dinner. Shame I was only there for one night.

Clean motel with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Only downside was that it was a little noisy and the hot water doesn't last long.

Only overnight stay but would definitely put it on my list if in the area again. Checking in was great as was room.

East late night check in made it a win for us! Modern comfortable room. Great stopover option.

Great place to stay, very central to everything Batemans bay has to offer…and just a quick 1 min walk across the road to the river.

very clean and tidy room , Thai restaurant upstairs, the only thing we didn't like was there is no security chain on entry door otherwise a very nice hotel.

We stay here a few times a year to visit a friend and this visit had an extra bonus in the new-opened Thai restaurant -Sawaan. It was excellent food- a cut above the usual and really delicious. We will always return to the Quays but now have another incentive.
