PAY ATTENTION BEFORE TO BOOK THIS STRUCTURE! It’s a “fake” 4 stars hotel, with price of a 4 stars, but rooms and services of a 2 stars. I booked this hotel instead of another by choosing to pay more money because of pool presence. I was here during my honeymoon and we asked for a “nice pool view” room, as it was also shown in some picture from reservation process. When we arrived, given room was completely different from the one we selected and they said that “our room” closer to the pool given to an incoming Group the day after (we stayed 2 nights). We spent two nights in a street view room, full of dirt, with no possibility to close the door of the room (broken, not safe at all) and with also the door of shower broken (water all over the room on the floor). Room was dirt with some ink tanks over wardrobe and, worst thing of all: we extra paid also for “CLEANING SERVICE”, but room was not cleaned at all after first night and neither towels were changed. We went to reception and they said clearly “yes, we don’t clean anything, we just Made up your bed”. 50$ extra for making bed is crazy. Then, last day we asked to do a shower before to leave and they said “there is one next to pool” (pool that was also not well maintained and full of kid screaming and diving despite it was not allowed - no relax at all). Btw, shower was not working and, when girl at front Desk realized it said “ok, you can use an own gym membership and take shower there”. A theft at all and not a 4 stars.

The facilities not up to standard and maintenance not either sliding door didn’t lock washing machine didn’t work clothes dryer didn’t work not the standard you would expect disappointed

The property is well located near the Harbour for whale watching cruises and within walking distance to a few dining options. I had booked knowing i couldn't walk far, so on-site dining was great however, after booking and confirming i realised the cafe was closed. Upon arrival mentioned this as was directed to another option. At no point did someone say breakfast was still available or at what cost. I found this out by over hearing someone mention it to a new customer.

Stay was good. Room was typical motel style. Air conditioning was locked on dry mode which was not ideal as was either too hot or too cold. On site restaurant was ‘under renovation’ so had to go out to eat. Overall it was a good stay for the money charged.

Comfortable and close to Marina and Boat Club.

Staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Location was amazing. The room was beautiful. Would stay here again.

What a poor hotel. Majority of facilities not available due to storm damage that occurred 5 months previous. Paid for a breakfast that was no more than a simple pop up. I can safely say the worst ive had in 40 years of travel. The reception staff were poor, internet not working and the air con was locked on cold. Absolutely disgraceful. Ramada should be ashamed.

Air-conditioner locked to cold setting. Unable to heat room efficiently. Had to ask for extra blanking. Bed mattress was dreadful massive lump in the middle. Felt like sliding down.

We thought the overall hotel was fine. Images of rooms are not how they look in real life. Clean room but over whelming smell of cleaning product. No wifi passwords and in room phone didnt work so had to go back downstairs and ask for wifi password. You can hear a lot including toilets flushing next door. Otherwise generally friendly team

The accommodation provided was NOT what seen at the time of booking via Wotif! In fact the room advertised via Wotif does not even exist on the actual Ramada website. Even worse.. it did not become evident until after booking via Wotif and not receiving booking confirmation from to motel that we found that the restaurant and pool are not able to be accessed due to construction work! Overall-a very disappointing experience and not worth the money being asked. Yes the room was clean and bed okay but that’s the extent of the better points for what we expected.

Would happily stay here again, Nice and close to The Boat Club

Spacious room with all the amenities you need. Pool area was awesome! Can’t wait to come back in the warmer months.

Sheets had hair on them absolutely disgusting

The place was fine but no lifts no restaurant very disappointed

Lift from the carpark to the lobby was out. Restaurant wasn’t operational. Was given a wrong key card which was for another room.

Elevator was out and the breakfast restaurant was unavailable and they did not inform me until the day before check in. It’s a complete scam to not give the guests time to cancel and book a different hotel knowing full well they are not getting their moneys worth from the property. They did not help me bring my luggage up 3 floors. Majority of the time no one was at the service desk to even answer questions. Terrible condition of the property and the room.

I wasn't told until the day before that there was no restaurant or lifts. So very disappointed Wotif

Unfortunately still issues from floods: lift down , & restaurant closed. Rooms old and outdated. Need facelift asap.

always clean staff wonderfully

Checkin process was easy. Facilities are clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Car park added great value for us.
