Everything was great. The dinner and buffet breakfast was of top quality. The only downside was the limited parking at the hotel. The reception was fantastic and waived the fees for parking as I had booked long before they were removed from the room charge. $25 per night

Walking out of airport to hotel was unique and convenient. Wasn't satisfied with the room allocated. Booked deluxe costal room however was given the room on 2nd floor facing carpark. Queried at the reception and told that's all they could do. Wondering if the room was allocated that way because we booked through agent rather than directly from hotel.
Breakfast was just soso. Day 2 breakfast felt like it was the leftover from previous day.

Honestly this spot is underrated. It’s good for what you need depending on what you are looking for.
We were flying out of coolangatta to go to Sydney to lax. Long day of travel so we wanted the night before stay to be easy and convenient. It’s very close to the beach and great breakfast spots. We got some good breakfast, walked on the beach, worked out at the gym, laid by the pool and swam, filled our car with gas and dropped our rental car off in 2 minutes and walked straight to the airport for an easy boarding. All within 3 hours before our flight. Newly renovated very comfortable bed nice linen good pillows and good towels. It was perfect for what we wanted for our last night in Australia!!!!

LOCATION - It was literally across 2 lanes of the road to get to the airport.

Where on your website when vooking did it say the rooftop bar restaurant is permanently closed, seriously ? This is the only thing this hotel had goıng for it. Otherwise it and its downstairs restaurant is absolutely disgusting 3 star at best
