We had a fabulous stay at Spicers Balfour that lived up to all our expectations of what we have experienced at any of the 3 other Spicers hotels we've stayed in. This one takes the boutique and personal service level up to next level, with all the staff we dealt with being helpful, easy to deal with & friendly, ensuring we had a very lovely time there. The room was as shown on the website and although on the slightly small side had everything we needed. The gorgeous little rooftop bar is really special with it 's beautiful sunset outlook over New Farm & the Story Bridge. The restaurant provided a 5 star meal in a relaxed setting with beautiful, personal service from the waitstaff. The location makes it a park your car and walk/public transport your way to so many entertainment options in the vicinity. Highly recommend the Balfour-we were there for an anniversary "staycation" and it was perfect, and only 15mins from home.
