Stay at Alice is right in the Centre of CBD with easy access to the Mall where most of shops & galleries are. I found it quiet and comfortable. Great choice of restaurants & pubs in and around the Mall. Airport bus drop off to and from airport. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay so thats saying something. Its in a great location, staff are great, their restuarants got really yummy food mainly pizza tho, but yummy all the same. Short walk to centre of town and eateries. Only down side is thier pool is in the shade .

The restaurant was disappointing. Food quality and variety lacked imagination. Couldnt recommend it. STAY at Alice Springs hotel was overall good with areas even better. The rooms were spacious and fairly well maintained. Modern electrical fittings needed. Usb sockets convenient lights when entering rooms. The staff were excellent friendly and helpful. Felt safe.

Great location thats walkable to shops. Very spacious room and the bathrooms big too. Couldve done with a microwave but we lived thru that . Lolthe grounds in the hotel were good too. The pool was in an odd spot . All in all we loved this hotel as were going back in a weeks time on way back home

This is in a great location right in the town. Very convenient. It's comfortable with a nice bed, aircon The only 2 issues we had The first is the shower was a little dirty. The other issue was the shouting and arguing by the local people in Todd mall almost every night. This is no fault of the hotel, but something to note. After a few days we got used to it.

The hotel was ok to stay in. The rooms were nice, great water pressure, conveniently located. We chose this hotel because it was the pickup point for our tour. Our only complaint (actually, my wife's, not mine) was that the carpeting in our room was old and stained. We were told by several people not to go out at night because Alice Springs is not safe. We googled it, that is true, it is the 18th most dangerous city in the world. But that is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel has a nice Italian restaurant attached to it, so there really is no need to go out at night.

I chose this hotel because it was central and it had good reviews. However on my arrival I found my room dark and gloomy and when I drew the curtains I was facing a concrete wall. The lift is out of the hotel across a car park and was absolutely filthy the pool is completely covered by a metal roof therefore also very dark and gloomy with some faded frayed Astroturf around it and a few tables and chairs certainly not somewhere you would wish to just spend a bit of downtime. The restaurant is accessed through the car park and the back door into the Terrace However the food was good and the staff were super friendly. I think the photos on the website are extremely misleading whilst the facilities in the room were good tea, coffee biscuits et cetera it was extremely shabby. I had some black mould on my ceiling and damp patches on the wall therefore I checked out the following day and found a different hotel.

Unit surroundings are noisy both at night and early morning, when people are still sleeping. Toiletries not supplied constantly. Plus point: counter staffs are very friendly, providing very helpful information, and also provide out of ordinary aids in terms of transportation

Average stay. The staff were friendly and everything was in serviceable condition, but they didn’t change my sheets for the entire stay. I guess you have to ask specifically for that. The guest and free wifi both constantly dropped out though, at least once a day, but usually more. The number of cars that will be using the parking area isn’t actively restricted so if you’re parking later in the day you risk not getting a secure parking space.
