The 'Charles' is a wonderful place to stay in Wagga Wagga . I have been staying there during my stays in this lovely city for over 35 years or so now. Excellent service from the staff and top accommodation!!

We loved our stay as the price was reasonable, the rooms clean and accommodating, and the location was great! Was also very quiet for a good nights sleep. Couldn’t have asked for more from our stay. Can highly recommend.

The room was beautiful and the bed was comfy, it was a shame that the restaurant was closed due to no chef. The light in the bathroom could be brighter, it is very difficult to apply makeup because it was so dull. But recommend.

Very dated the room & bit depressing which was interesting as was supposed to be just renovated? But noticed there was still rooms being fixed up.
Disappointed the restaurant was closed & never told before booking as was one off the other main reasons we booked it.

I always love my stays at the Charles Boutique Hotel.
Unfortunately on this occasion the restaurant was closed.
The property was more than I could have wanted.
The only let down was the cleaning in our 1-bedroom apartment. The lounge area and main bedroom had been cleaned fully (ie under the bed dirty tissues and fluff; and the lounge had discarded rubbish underneath and between the cushions.
Apart from this it was the perfect stay.

The apartment was great, didn’t realise it was across the road from the main complex. Did notice the front apartment had fence around courtyard, the rear one (ours) didn’t which then backs on to an open carpark/laneway/thoroughfare. Ceiling fans would be great.

Loved the updated rooms. Quite clean which is increasingly not the case in this industry so it was very much appreciated. Price point was reasonable. Mini bar was most welcome. I think the beds may have been new, very nice. We will stay again.

The dining room part of the www says that it opens 31st March. I was disconcerted to learn that it was not open.
The 'pool' is about the size of a big bath, with cyclone fencing inhibiting seating around it.
