Simple and easy, just what i needed

Great location,very friendly staff would highly recommend

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was amazing especially Jandro. He gave us a map of city and explained all the places to visit. Close to everything re: shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again

Not clean at all the shower is terrible and leaks to the floor, and no supplies are provided in the room

Accommodation very close to function i attended. Staff very courteous and always greet you with a friendly greeting and smile.

Ease of access to transportation, very close spots to eat, and grab groceries as needed. Staff was very courtesy and knowledgeable about activities/site seeing for the surrounding area.

Spent two nights Mar 13 - 15. Pricing was reasonable for this prime location, friendly staff and cleaniness. However the room was quite small comparing to others.

Excellent/Outstanding t customer service. Janro, anjil and Argelie from the front desk were friendly, very helpful. Very happy with our stay. Perfect location. Everything is walkable.

Great location for everything!

The room was 8' x 12' with a door that swung into the room and rest against the bed. The hallway that led from the main hotel room door to the bedroom door contained the fridge and a shelf. I have travelled all over the world and have never stayed in a hotel room this small. No pictures on their website prepares you for this surprise. I did not sleep for two nights. There was also a blob of something on the inside of the bathroom door. All this for the price of $290.53 CDN per night.

Have had bug bites on one of two bed. Location was good.need to improve air quality in the room which had no window.

Stayed for 15 mins and checked out. Absolute horror show. Noisy air con Dirty pillow Blood stain in shower No thanks and never again

The room we got was nothing like the photos. Room did not have a window (fully internal room) so it felt dark and claustrophobic. Room was tiny - the bed was up against one wall and make it hard to get up for the 2nd person. Room so tiny you couldn't walk past each other.

This hotel was really convenient to Town Hall and Central stations, and the light rail on George St, as well as buses from QVB, so it was great for public transport. Staff were polite and very helpful and the rooms was very clean and well appointed.
