Roma were clean, but too small. A small refrigerator would be nice.

Beds were so comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Loved having a common area with unlimited coffee/tea. Wifi was really bad.

Great location , walking distance to the main sights. 24/7 coffee/tea/water in reception area. Good choice for breakfast but dont expect a full english. Definitely get the Salzburg card available at reception.

I will stay in this hotel again. I like that they have free coffee & tea in the lounge any time you like to have a drink. The breakfast was good. The staff are friendly.

The beds were very Soft and dipped down when you laid on top of them. They must have been very old. I was bitten by something either a spider of bedbugs. I had a rash for a week. The first room they gave us was so tiny. I told the manager it was unacceptable. He was nice enough to give us another larger room, but this is were the beds gave me a problem.

Lovely 3 nights. Hotel very central. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Beautiful city to visit. Easy to take bus from airport.

We stayed here recently when travelling across Austria. This was our third stop in the trip. Austria is such a beautiful country. The hotel is well located to all the sightseeing places. Good restaurants close by including the burger place just across the road. In terms of the hotel itself, the service staff were friendly and helpful, both in the reception and the dining area. The downside was that the rooms we were allocated were right next to the rooms that were being refurbished. Workmen started work at 7.30 am everyday of our stay including Sunday! Luckily we were early risers but if we had been planning to sleep in, that would have been impossible with the noise and commotion outside. The hotel should have warned us about this before allocating the rooms to us. And due to the work, we kept trekking in the dust and debris from outside to inside the room. This was unavoidable but very undesirable. Rooms are basic, bathroom only has handwash which also doubles up to shampoo and bodywash! So bring your own toiletries if you are planning on staying here. No slippers, shower caps etc. Breakfast was good. Good enough choice and hot food like scrambled eggs and boiled eggs available. The Austrian version of Nutella is just as good or better! There is a common area where you can have coffee and tea and just chill. But they don't allow drinks from outside as they have a bar there. Ridiculous rule as such when they can't do anything if we took the drinks to the rooms

It was clean, good breakfast and great location. It’s a basic hotel that provides the necessity to stay comfortably for a short time.

Good location with reasonable walk to old town and easy public transport, approx 10min to the train station and airport bus stops. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, hot water, good breakfast choices. I would not bother with a balcony unless travelling in the summer, the view is limited. Took our own kettle but drinks are available in reception.

Unfriendly, staff unhelpful, not a great breakfast choice. Room very hot and stifling. Uncomfortable in a very small room. Not able to unpack due to the small room. Bathroom shameful. Will definately not recommend this hotel.

Helpful staff. Our room was clean but small. There was no ability to control the room temperature so we had to leave the balcony door open to try and cool the room. Since the balcony is shared, there was no security of property or person.

Great hotel in a fantastic location a handy walk from the train station and from town. Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean and a great breakfast buffet
