Great hotel, good location near to a bus stop to the city center, free parking, clean, good restaurant, food market at walking distance, no restaurants or food place to eat nearby.
The only thing that we didn't like was a dark hallway to get to the guestroom. Changing the light bulbs would make a huge difference.

Proximity to the airport was great. The restaurant bar was understaffed, but he was working hard and did a good job. Food was good.

If you’re expecting 4 star hotel don’t ! It’s not ! 2 star that’s it ! Come in the evening checked in and the receptionist told me I have to carry my big luggage to the second floor ! No elevator on the left side of the building sorry ! So then she moved me in the first floor . Oh what a relief after traveling the whole day to carry your luggage up stairs ! And then the tv has a radio playing ? Service in that little lounge room / restaurant don’t expect anything a specially not English speaking person . And finally no wi-fi !!! Sorry it’s been down since well before I came to work she said at the reception ! Disaster ! My point is this is all fine and I understand people come here for a night if they are flying cuz it’s close to the airport BUT don’t advertise that you are 4 STAR hotel ! 2 stars that’s it ! And if a known the truth when I was booking my stay I would never even look ! Very misleading advertising this hotel for 4stars ! NEVER AGAIN

We had to wait for long time to checkin as there was nobody at the reception. We had to go inside the hotel to get someone. The room had telephone but not connected. The toilets did not have sufficient toilet paper, we had to go down to reception to get it.

Stayed here for the location. The property was clean and the room was spacious. There was over flow parking across the main road from the hotel which was convenient. The staff wasn’t very friendly.

It’s a great option for someone wanting to take a flight out of Vienna and need their hotel to be closer to the airport. They also run shuttle to the airport which is truly a blessing. My flight was early morning and they had a shuttle running on from 3:30 am onwards!

We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport because we had to fly out early the next morning. We only stayed one night and it was fine. The room set up for a family of four worked out well. You get what you pay for.

We enjoyed the nearby commercial area -- a 15-minute walk to restaurants. But we felt misled about the in-room mini fridge, which our room did not have despite it being advertised on the hotel's website.

The tv didn’t work so I changed rooms. I found a long black hair on the bed. A family with kids came to their room around 1130pm and woke me up. At 1150pm they were still talking in the hallway. Close to airport and shuttle is excellent.

It was sufficient for a one night stay, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was working properly. However, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to my standards. The refrigerator seems like it has not been cleaned in a while, bathroom also needed to cleaned.
