The location is so perfect, near train station & many cafe/restaurant. The room was so clean and warm. Check in & check out process was so fast, the girl at the front desk very friendly. Definitely will stay there again.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were so nice and comfortable. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was amazing with so many different options to choose from. It is located just steps from the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is interested in a nice, budget friendly place to visit.

Though the staff may not be responsible, in the middle of the night I was awakened by loud power tools and hammering that lasted for hours. The concierge said it came from a neighboring building not their own. But still I lost a lot of sleep.
I thing the hotel staff could have called the Polizei or something.

Great stay. Reception staff very friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean and had a lovely smell when you entered through the doors. Very comfortable bed. Only downside and this is the same with all European hotels, only English speaking channels on the TV are the news.
Hotel is very convenient for the train station and is only a short walk in to the old town. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if i return to Salzburg

This is the best hotel in Salzburg. It’s next to the bus station and main train station! If convenient is what you want, this is the place to go! 😊 the breakfast is good and the staff “Oswald” that’s her last name, was awesome! She made us feel welcomed every morning for the whole week.

Although hotel is conveniently beside the station, it got quite noisy at night with fights and loud shouting going on downstairs every night. Witnessed a beating from our room window with police and ambulance coming on scene.
Breakfast was great with a wonderful view. They even packed breakfast (on request) for us one morning because we had an early tour.
Room is small but clean. Aside from the noise, everything else was great.

After a long day of travelling to be able to walk out of the station and straight in to the hotel was fabulous. Room was lovely, and easy to walk into town or catch the bus. Shopping centre next door was really convenient too. Staff very friendly. The view of the city at breakfast was beautiful would definately stay again!

Pros:
- The room was a good size.
- The beds were comfortable.
Cons:
- Doesn't have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, perhaps this was my mistake for not checking, but it should've been advertised more clearly.
- The hotel is quite far from the old town, which is not bad for a business traveller, but the distance is quite annoying for a tourist.
- The breakfast is very limited.
- Bathrobes come at a rental cost. (?!?)

Whenever we’re in Salzburg we attempt to stay here. Close to the Bahnhof, the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is great from check in to check out

Excellent hotel, the rooms are great and the location is unmatched, so close to the train station!! My only complaint is it’s too hot in the room, even with the windows open in winter. Their heater is intense! But other than that everything else was great
