Hotel Mercure Salzburg City

Staff are nice and helpful. Even though Expedia did not deliver the booking to the hotel, the staff still helped us to arrange a room for us.

The hotel is quite close to the train station. It only takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the station. We could also walk to most major attractions. The room is clean and comfortable. The stay was pleasant.

It’s a 10 mins walk from Salzburg station. Rooms are clean.

hotel.com 的圖片可能是10年前的! 房間是很舊的感覺! 洗手間開燈是要等一下5-10秒才開到, hotel.com 上是沒有我住的房型洗手間! 很舊!! 床睡上去是嚴重側一邊的,有點不舒服! 空調吹出來是熱氣,不論按多少度,好在不是太熱的日子, 但值得稱讚是整潔, 沒有灰塵

距离市中心步行有一些距离。临街。不过不是主干道。其他都不错~~附近就有超市，很方便

Location is within 10 minutes walk to Salzburg Railway Station and around 20 minutes walk to the Old Town Area. The room is spacious, tidy and clean. We enjoyed our 2-day stay here.

Great location, near to train station

This hotel locates at the middle part of the train station (Salzburg Hbf) and the city centre. It just takes a 5 minute walk and you will arrive there. You can also have a nice walk towards the Mirabell Platz(10 min) and Festung Hohensalzburg (20 minutes). Actually Salzburg is too small to take a bus! Better walk and enjoy the scenery! This hotel is best for tourist who come or leave the city by train! The hygiene of the hotel is excellent and the wifi is awesome too. The only setback is the laundry service, which is too expensive.

Nice stay

出發前兩星期才預訂客房，很多酒店都沒有房間；最後找到一間比較平宜位置有點隔離的Mercure Salzburg City。但實際隔離市區大約15分鐘路程，但晚上酒店附近甚麼都沒有，有點僻靜；第一晚回酒店，還遇上幾個醉鬼。而且隔音設施有點差，走廊有人說話都會聽到，幸好睡覺時沒有太嘈吵。 Reservations two weeks before departure, many hotels do not have rooms; finally found a relatively inexpensive, position should be somewhat isolated - Mercure Salzburg City. But the reality is about 15 minutes away from the city center, but nothing near the hotel at night, a little quiet; the first night back to the hotel, also met a few drunks. And soundproofing bit poor, will hear corridors someone speak, but fortunately not too noisy to sleep.

This is not a nice hotel. The room is small. The bed is not comfortable. The service of the staff is not nice. I don't have an enjoyable experience in this hotel. Not recommend to stay.

Cozy

房間內設備都齊全乾淨，含MINI BAR，KETTLE，但房間略小没有空調，離火車站和景點稍遠，如有大行李就要再考慮房間大小，因每位每日要額外多繳觀光稅1．1歐，房價偏貴。
