The hotel is strategically located, being less than a 5-minute walk from Innsbruck’s central station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and shower. Breakfast is good. The fridge in the room was not turned on. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

It's a very good hotel, but the bad thing about the hotel is that there's no parking, I had to look for parking for my car.

Delightful staff checked us in, outfit added character. Room was spacious and clean, fridge was a bonus and person i was teavelling with had a family room which had its own balcony. Overall, highly recommended and if i ever go back to Innsbruck, i will definitely try and book again.

No coffee in morning, staff in the evening lounge was rude and seemed as if not wanting to serve us. Shower water ran all over floor.

older hotel in an location that was good to visit local attractions. Some construction going on across the street made getting to the hotel a challenge. Parking garage was used and I was glad I chose that option. Garage was tight so a smaller car for travel recommended. Staff was good and helpful, food we had was good. Would use again.

The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very nice and clean. It is centrally located and that makes it easy to get around. They are super concerned about the climate and as a result they tend to keep the hotel lobby, restaurant and their rooms on the warm side, which make the rooms unpleasant if it is a heatwave.

Very convenient location. Very good breakfast option.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
When we stayed (June 2025), there was construction across the street which added some noise during the day, but that is not the hotel's fault and should be completed in the next few months I would expect.
