Really nice hotel. Room was good and spacious. Staff were friendly. Good location, with everything walkable. Breakfast was great and really enjoyed the roof terrace, both for breakfast but also for dinner and drinks. Would recommend to others

Very good service and kindly people. The location is nearby the Garden and train station. The room is quiet and I have a good dream each night. The restaurant also is very good to go for eat. The room is clean. Very good experience !! I will choose to stay in this hotel again while I visit Salzburg.

I wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel, but the staff were all very lovely at check-in and the hotel is a very convenient to the gardens. Old Town is a 10min walk, so it’s not bad at all, but also not in the middle of the activity.

Wonderful staff everywhere throughout the property. Room was large and clean, updated and comfortable... Had AC which was wonderful! Very easy to walk everywhere. Very close to Mozart house, Mirabel Palace and gardens, train station. Dining was wonderful on site, breakfast buffet was amazing. Would stay again

From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with genuine smiles and assistance. The rooms were lovely and spacious. Complimentary water was in our room and then an array of complimentary chocolates were brought up to our room. I was very impressed with the breakfast in the mornings as well as the dinner restaurant at night! Very close by to the heart of the shopping area and touristy things to see. Such a pleasure for the four of us staying there.

It is located near a lot of sightseeing spots and within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants. The sky bar has a great view of the city and a great view of the fortress. The hotel is modern inside

The pictures on the website did not do our room justice at all. It was absolutely stunning. My children were blown away by the size of it, not to mention the piano.
We had a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed in the lounge area, which was just as comfortable as the main bed.
The rooftop restaurant is superb. We didn’t realise when we booked that this is also where breakfast is served in the morning.
There are numerous buses that stop very close to the hotel, but the central tourist attractions are only a few minutes walk away.
Beautiful hotel and city. We hope to visit again soon.
