Reinisch Just Rooms

Like that the staff was helpful and the room was nice.

I hate having to write a somewhat negative review but feel it is justified. We booked a room with Reinisch Just Rooms. The day before checkin I received an email saying that the check in desk is at their other hotel down the street. This would be inconvenient at best during the day or if we were not traveling with luggage. Neither was the case for us. We arrived to the lobby with luggage at about 10:30 PM local time. The staff was very friendly but when asked about how to get to the other hotel they said there was nothing they could do. That it was just down the street. Too late to change plans at that point we walked down a very dark street near the airport in Vienna by ourselves to the other building. We almost walked by it because we were “on the lookout” of our surroundings as well as the building was not lit up. I literally had to use my phone’s flashlight to see where to tap our room key to open the outside door. The whole situation made us feel unsure and uncomfortable but we were also not going to chance walking back to complain. The room itself was clean and suitable. It lives up to the name “Just Rooms”. Fine for a night, as we were flying out early the next morning but, honestly can not recommend this hotel for anything more. Get there while the sun is out.

It was a sunday and everything was closed. It is a small neighborhood closed to airport. Iour flights was canceled and we had to stay another day. Hotel and service was nice and quiet

Unfortunately the room I was given was rather small. Not much space for only 2 adults. Also, I travel with my Amazon Firestick so I can watch English TV channels and this room came with a TV that had only 1 HDMI port. Very, very difficult to get the Amazon stick to work properly. Never could get the ability to control the sound properly. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Easy going from start to finish. Use of amenities were seamless. Person at the front desk was really chill and accommodating. Many thanks

Close to the airport. Taxi charges 18 euros from the airport to the hotel. Excellent service at the hotel. They upgraded my room for free. All employees were very helpful, specially Marcus.

Great hottel nice staff add 16 euro and enjoy the morning breakfast.The restaurant next to it is a great place to have nice lunch or dinner.

The property is 4 minutes from the airport. Instructions were very clear for checking in. They were responsive to my questions in a timely manner. The room was modern and comfortable. It was perfect for our one night stay before we had to go to the airport.

Our goal was to stay close to the airport and simplify our early morning travel. It was a little tedious to have to check in at their business down the street, but they notified us ahead of time and there really was no delay. The room was very clean and looked newly remodeled. I didnt expect any luxury so the tea kettle felt like a treat since I had brought everything I needed to make coffee. The airport shuttle driver was right on time Overall, they did exactly what we needed. Our only difficulty was getting there. The train station was too far to walk so we had to get a cab from the city which cost more than what we saved by staying a few miles from the airport. Perhaps what we lost in cab fare we gained in the fact that it was so quiet at this hotel so I dont regret staying there.

my stay exceeded all expectations. From the luxurious accommodations to the outstanding service and convenient location, everything contributed to a memorable visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The office was approximately 300 meters from the rooms. The rooms are across the street. We had 4 pieces of luggage to roll to the room. There is an elevator but you still have to go up numerous steps with all your luggage.

You do not want to arrive at Das Reinich just rooms at night. Scary. Our anxiety was exploited with an up charge. The place contacted me in German but when I replied that I didn’t speak German, the conversation ended. The shuttle to the airport dropped us in between terminals with our baggage. Reception runs a smooth operation. The address on their website took my bolt ride to a dark place with no one in attendance. They also did not answer their when I called for directions. Not a good experience for a foreign traveler. I do not recommend this hotel for out of town travelers. It is a very dark part of town.

We had a great stay here. The staff and friendly and helpful. We did eat at the restaurant and the food was good. Especially like the garlic soup and lemon risotto. The only thing I wish they included in the details is that to check in you have to walk down the street. It would have been nice to know that prior getting to the hotel.
